This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) describes how AQUAPLUZ (“We”/”Aquapluz”) handle your (“You”/
“User”) personal and usage information in accordance with the applicable laws in the territory of India. We do
not automatically capture your specific personal information from you unless you register with us by signing up
on our Application, we use it only to fulfil your request for information. We do not sell or share any personally
identifiable information volunteered on the website to any third party (public/private). Any information provided
to this Application, which has been developed to provide information to the Medium and Small-Scale Industries
for setting up of an effluent treatment plant tailored to the Medium and Small-Scale Industries requirements, will
be protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. This Privacy Policy
is to be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the following section. If the Terms and
Conditions are not acceptable to you, we urge you to not to use this Application and/or services provided through
it.
(i) When you register with Aquapluz, you need to provide your full name, mobile number, email address and
enter your unique password in order to create an account with us allowing you to access the Application
and the services offered through it.
(ii) We collect information such as the Internet Protocol (IP), Domain name, browser type, date and time of
visit, device ID, location information, language setting and user name. In case you wish to restrict the use
of your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile
application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile
application. However, if the service provided by the Application requires the location services using GPS
technology, such services offered by the application will not be available for you.
(iii) We do not share / disclose any information with any individual or organization unless as required under
law or authorized by the account holder in writing.
(iv) We allow you to delete your account at any time. On doing so, we remove all your personal information so
that it is not accessible/visible in any manner by regular operation.

this Application. We thus encourage you to read this privacy policy carefully.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE
APPLICATION OWNED BY KESHAV BAGRODIA. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT THE
RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF ALL USERS REGARDING THE USE OF THIS APPLICATION. YOUR
ACCESS AND USE OF THIS APPLICATION IS CONDITIONAL ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND
COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO ALL USERS ALIKE. ONCE
YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY CLICKING ‘I AGREE’ TAB BELOW, YOU
EXPRESS YOUR UNEQUIVOCAL ACCEPTANCE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WITHOUT ANY
EXCEPTIONS. WE AT AQUAPLUZ WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL AND
SECURITY INFORMATION BY EMAIL/SMS/ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION. IF YOU RECEIVE ANY
SUCH COMMUNICATION PURPORTING TO BE US, PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND TO SUCH
COMMUNICATIONS.
Our Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information
when you use this Application. You are advised to review the Privacy Policy periodically for any changes and
updates made from time to time by checking the Last updated section of this Privacy Policy.

The following capitalized terms mentioned below have the same meaning regardless of them appearing in
singular or in plural.

(i) “Application”/ “App” means the software program provided by Aquapluz downloaded by the User
on any electronic device.
(ii) “Aquapluz”/ “We” means the owner of this Application including its permitted assigns and affiliates.
2. Eligibility- the use of this Application is available to an individual or a duly constituted legal entity who is
competent to contract as per applicable laws in the territory of India.
3. Data collection – This Application collects the following data-
(i) Name, email address and phone number;
(ii) Age
(iii) Location
(iv) User name
(v) Display image that is uploaded by the users on the App
(vi) Service related diagnostic information
(vii)App performance information
(viii) Your activity including the way you use the App and the services offered through it, your interaction in
the App and the time, duration and frequency of the interactions and activities in the App
(ix) Log files and diagnostics.
(x) Crash reports, website, and performance log information
(xi) Device and connection information – when you install, use and access the App including hardware model,
operating system information, battery level, signal strength, version of the App, browser information,
mobile network, connection information (including phone number, mobile operator and internet service
provider), languages, time zone, IP address, device operations information and identifiers.
4. Children’s Privacy- We do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally
identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13
has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from the Application. If you are a
parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact
us to allow us to take immediate action.
5. Data usage-. We use the data collected from the Users consistent with the Applicable Law in the following
manner-
(i) To review and improve the performance of the Application by troubleshooting and fixing issues that may
be encountered while using and accessing the Application.
(ii) To provide the Users with helpful informational content and support if you send us queries about any
questions that you may have under the “Ask the Expert” and “Forum Chat” sections in the Application.
(iii) To help tailor our interactions with you for a better and a seamless experience.
(iv) To enhance the content available on the App.
6. Translation- the Terms and Conditions are originally written in the English language. For all intents and
purposes, in case of any conflict the original language meanings and/or interpretation shall prevail.
7. Prohibited activities- The users are strictly prohibited to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit,
store, update or share any information that-
(i) belongs to any other person to which the user does not have any right;
(ii) is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy, racially or
ethically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling or otherwise
inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
(iii) is harmful to children;
(iv) infringes any trademark, patent, copyright or other proprietary rights;
(v) violates any law for the time being in force;
(vi) deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally
communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably
be perceived as a fact;
(vii)impersonates another person;
(viii) threatens the units, integrity, defence, security and sovereignty of India;
(ix) contains software virus or any other harmful computer code.
8. Disclaimera) the Application, its features and services are provided on a “as is”/ “with all faults”/ “as available”basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the App,
its features and/or services. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Aquapluz makes no
warranty that the App, features and/or services will meet your expectations or that the access to the
App will be uninterrupted, defect free and timely. No advice or information, whether oral or written,
obtained by the User shall create any warranty and/or obligation in any manner against Aquapluz.
b) Though all efforts have been made to ensure the accuracy and currency of the content on this
Application, the same should not be construed as a statement of law or used for any legal purposes.
In case of any ambiguity or doubts, the users are advised to verify/check with Aquapluz and/or other
sources and to obtain appropriate professional advice
c) Any specific advice or replies to queries in any part of the Application is/are the personal
views/opinion of the experts/consultants/persons and shall not be endorsed in any manner against
Aquapluz.
d) The information posted on this application could include hypertext links or pointers to information
created and maintained by Government, non-government/private organizations. Aquapluz is
providing these links and pointers solely for your information and convenience. When you select a
link to an outside website, you are leaving the Aquapluz application and are subject to the privacy
and security policies of the owners/ sponsors of the external application. Aquapluz does not
guarantee the availability of such linked applications/websites at all times.
e) Aquapluz cannot authorize the use of copyrighted materials contained in linked
applications/websites. Users are advised to request such authorizations from the owner of linked
applications/website. Aquapluz does not guarantee that linked applications/websites comply with
Indian Government Web Guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liabilityf) Aquapluz shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary
damages (including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of revenues, lost profits, loss of
goodwill, loss of data, cost of procurement of substitute services, business interruption, or other
intangible losses), arising out of or in connection with App, features and/or service or any other
matter arising out or relating to the use of the App.
g) Subject to applicable law, the use of the App, features and services are at the sole risk of the User
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution – The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws in the
Territory of India. The courts at Chandigarh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any disputes or
proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of the Application and its Terms and Conditions.
11. Consent – By using this Application, you consent to the processing of your information set forth in this
Privacy Policy and as amended from time to time.
12. Changes- This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. We will notify you about the changes to this
Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to check the updates periodically for
